A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

Your Fitness Guru

My love for health and fitness started in my early 30's. Today, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. I’ve been working as a qualified Personal Trainer online and in the Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Wiltshire area, guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle.


Through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to realize that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. I will construct a plan and training schedule according to your fitness experience and needs that will have you seeing results in no time.

I am currently expanding my knowledge around lower back pain to understand the causes, contributing factors and resolutions to manage back pain in the fitness industry. Having suffered with back pain for many years, I know how it feels and how limiting it can be. Let me help you overcome that set back.

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love creating and adapting programmes for new clients.
