I have been training with Anna for 8 months now and I am very happy with what we have achieved so far.

It's not just the weight coming off and my clothes fitting better and better, or my body fat percentage coming down and my muscle mass increasing both resulting in a toner body, or the fact that my fitness and endurance levels are increasing more and more. But that most of all Anna has converting me into loving exercise!

I knew I needed a trainer as I found it impossible to motivate myself to do any exercise, but since I started training with Anna I not only do my training sessions with her but I also do our session on my own and really enjoy it. Now if I don't exercise I actually feel very low and guilty!

It's hard work but fun at the same time and as your fitness level increases and you get stronger Anna always manages to make the training sessions harder to push you that bit further. (Although Anna always makes sure not not pushing yourself too hard!). Anna seems to know what you and your body can and cannot do better than you!

Our workouts are always varied and you never get bored and I look forward to and enjoy everyone of them.

I have been training with Anna since November 2009 and still really look forward to my sessions each week. My goals were the usual ones - lose weight, tone up and get fit and thanks to the regular weighing and measuring that Anna does with me I can see that these goals are being achieved. Even without those I can see the difference myself as the trousers I was wearing when I started are far too big and I have had to buy new ones a size smaller. I have also found that the training I am doing with Anna helps my running even though I decided not to do running during the sessions - I have found that my pace has naturally improved and that means that when it does get hard I have the option to slow down rather than walk.

Although I have trained with a personal trainer before, Anna has introduced me to new exercises and equipment and provides me with programs that I can do at home with my own equipment. She is encouraging and has got me to do exercises that I never thought I would be able to do! The one thing I did not want in a trainer is someone who shouts to try and get results and Anna has never done that - she is encouraging in a really nice way and makes you feel that you can do it however she also does not allow me to get away with anything or take the easy way out. She also took on board the fact that I flatly refuse to do “burpees” and finds other exercises for me.

I love the boxing element that we do and the fact that every week there are changes and new exercises to try as I get bored quite easily. We always have a laugh in our sessions and she doesn’t seem to mind that I whinge and moan all the way through!

I would highly recommend Anna as a personal trainer to anyone looking for one and can’t sing her praises enough.

Anna has been my Personal Trainer for nearly a year now and I have seen excellent results in my fitness levels. I have gone from a couch potato to a 5k runner and I have to say this is all down to Anna.

I have had several Personal Trainers in the past but none have managed to get me motivated enough to want to exercise; I have always given up half way through my training and lapsed back into my old ways. I find I need a trainer that listens to my worries and concerns about exercising and Anna always does. If I have a genuine problem with an exercise she will always find a different one for me to do, but saying that, she also seems to know when I’m bluffing and I just don’t want to do it.....you can’t get away with that!

I have always found Anna fun to train with which, I think, is the most important part of her session. Although the sessions are tough we always manage to laugh and this helps me through.

Anna is also helpful outside the sessions. She will often send a quick email to ask how I’m getting on with my running and other activities, and as she will email the training schedule I can often do these between sessions.

Personal training with Anna is above all great fun ... she is professional, dedicated and enthusiastic. She had a great attention to detail and forward planning which is not often found in personal trainers. This makes for a stress free, interesting and fun work out.

The sessions are always pretty tough that’s what I need and I always go home with a real sense of achievement and feel good factor. My goals achieved ! All this and their regular nutritional tips make them the best ... go for it !!!!!
