Each class will include Boxing for fitness involving basic punches against pads, progressing to more complex combinations. Basic Kettlebell moves & building them into cardio & strength workouts.

It's designed 100% towards getting YOU results! Imagine feeling stronger, buzzing after every session and not having to worry about the challenges ahead because you now feel more confident, fitter and stronger?

Sessions are outside in the fresh air during the summer and autumn. All fitness levels & experience catered for. Morning, lunchtime & evening sessions for 45 mins - attend 2 sessions per week for 4 weeks to get great results.
