The initial Nutrition & Weight Management consultation combs through the many considerations necessary to start building a better, tailored and realistic diet. Nutrition is often as much about addressing bad habits as it is about understanding what fuel your body craves.

Developing and monitoring a food diary is one of many great means to monitor your progress, whether you're looking to slim down, or bulk-up. After the initial consultation, clients are advised to continue with shorter follow-up sessions. These will allow for amendments to be made, feedback, further guidance, fresh ideas, and of course motivation. Nutritional Consultations can take place online or in person.
