That’s why if you are undertaking personal or group training one of the first things you will do with me is a goal. Clients find that exercising with clear goals promotes commitment to targets.
Once we know where you are going I will assess where you currently are today. You be assessed in areas of fitness, nutrition and lifestyle. This information will be taken away for review and then a plan of action will be put together towards becoming the new, happier and healthier you. All of this will help take you closer towards your goals and the best shape of your life.
The initial consultation is free, and we will review where you are every 6-8 weeks:
- An Exercise and Health Status questionnaire
- Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire
- Current nutritional habits
- Static Tests (which will include blood pressure, lung function, body fat %)
- Short and long term goal setting
- Set an Action Plan
This is also an opportunity for you to ask as many questions as you like, so that when the consultation is over you feel totally confident and know what to expect in your first session.
