Hi, I'm Anna, a self confessed fitness enthusiast! I'm always up for a new challenge with clients, friends or a personal goal. I have always been active within various sports (Kickboxing, Jujitsu, Running, Boxercise, Snowboarding) and re-trained over the past few years to practise as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor professionally.

I pride myself on giving my clients a friendly, fun and rewarding workout but always keeping in mind the goals they have and getting them to achieve them and feel good!

I try to set myself a challenge every few months whether its a 10K PB, completing the London Marathon in 2010 to starting to compete in Duathlons. Sign up to the Newsletter to see what events are on locally and where I'll be entering. There's often a group of us so come and join us soon!
